Covers Muay Thai classes for toddlers and kids, teen Muay Thai classes, adult and women's Muay Thai classes, and private coaching sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.
Starting June 2026, a new Saturday morning Toddler & Parent class will be added — spots are limited, so WhatsApp us to enrol now! Classes run as usual on public holidays; the school is closed from Lunar New Year's Eve through the third day of Chinese New Year.
For most people looking for a Muay Thai class, the first question isn't actually price — it's "What time is it, and can I make it?" Because if the timing doesn't work, even the best programme is no use. That's why we've laid out all 31 weekly classes in full, including the class time, instructor, suitable age group, and live availability, so you can compare them yourself at a glance.
The overall structure is simple: weekday afternoons to early evenings are kids' slots (4pm toddlers, 5pm kids), weekday evenings are for teens and adults (6:30pm teens & women's classes, 8pm adult classes), and weekends are open all day (from 10am toddlers, 11am kids, 2pm private & women's classes, 4pm kids, 5pm teens).
If none of the existing slots work for you, there's no need to give up — we can arrange a private coaching session around your schedule, or open a new group class. Just WhatsApp 6516 5120 and let us know what times work for you.
Every class in every programme lasts 60 minutes. The fixed weekly time slots for each programme are listed below for quick reference.

Below is the day-by-day class schedule and coach lineup, so you can plan your training around a fixed weekly routine.
16:00-17:00 Toddler Muay Thai Starter Class (ages 4-7, Coach Alex) → 17:00-18:00 Kids Muay Thai Class (ages 8-12, Coach Ken) → 18:30-19:30 Teen Muay Thai Class (ages 13-17, Coach Ken) → 20:00-21:00 Adult Muay Thai Class (Coach Tony). Monday is a classic "all-ages day," running from toddlers right through to adults. Parents with two children of different ages can schedule the 16:00 and 17:00 classes back-to-back, so one pick-up covers both.
16:00 Toddler class (Alex) → 17:00 Kids class (Ken) → 18:30 Women's Muay Thai class (Coach Sarah) → 20:00 Adult class (Ken). Tuesday's 18:30 slot is the Women's Muay Thai class — if you're a female student who wants to start in a more comfortable environment, Tuesday and Thursday are the top picks.
16:00 Toddler class (Alex) → 17:00 Kids class (Ken) → 18:30 Teen class (Ken) → 20:00 Adult class (Tony). Wednesday's toddler class sits at 2/8 and the kids class at 5/10, making it one of the roomier days of the week — if you want your child to get more one-on-one attention from the coach, Wednesday is a great choice.
16:00 Toddler class (Coach Sarah) → 17:00 Kids class (Sarah) → 18:30 Women's Muay Thai class (Sarah) → 20:00 Adult class (Ken). Thursday is Coach Sarah's main day, with three consecutive classes taught by the same coach. Note that the 17:00 kids class is already at 8/10 and the 18:30 women's class at 10/12 — among the most popular slots of the week.
16:00 Toddler class (Sarah) → 17:00 Kids class (Sarah) → 18:30 Teen class (Coach Tony) → 20:00 Adult class. Friday's kids class is only at 4/10 and the teen class at 5/12, the most open availability of the week — if your child needs more individual guidance, Friday is well worth prioritising.
10:00-11:00 Toddler class (Alex) → 11:00-12:00 Kids class (Ken) → 14:00-15:00 Private coaching → 16:00-17:00 Kids class (Ken) → 17:00-18:00 Teen class (Ken). Saturday mornings are ideal for toddlers — they're at their best and there's no rush straight after school. The 10:00 toddler class currently sits at just 2/8, the most open slot of the week. Also, starting June 2026, a new "Saturday morning Toddler & Parent class" will be added, with limited spots.
10:00-11:00 Toddler class (Alex) → 11:00-12:00 Kids class (Sarah) → 14:00-15:00 Women's Muay Thai class (Sarah) → 16:00-17:00 Kids class (Sarah) → 17:00-18:00 Teen class (Tony). Sunday's 14:00 women's class is the only weekend women's slot, ideal for female students who work late on weekday evenings. Note the Sunday 10:00 toddler class caps at 6 students (smaller than the weekday cap of 8), meaning more attention from the coach.
Different types of students suit different time slots. Here are our most common recommendations.
| Your Situation | Recommended Slot | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Tsuen Wan office workers | Mon-Fri 20:00-21:00 Adult class | Plenty of time after work, no rush for the 8pm start, and finishing at 9pm won't disrupt your routine |
| Parents of toddlers aged 4-7 | Sat & Sun 10:00-11:00 | Toddlers are freshest in the morning, no rushing straight after school, and parents have more time to accompany them |
| Parents of primary schoolers aged 8-12 | Mon-Fri 17:00-18:00 | Straight from school, with time left for homework and dinner afterwards |
| Secondary students aged 13-17 | Mon, Wed, Fri 18:30-19:30 | After school and dinner, without clashing with tutoring or evening study |
| Female beginners | Tue & Thu 18:30 or Sun 14:00 | Women-only slots in a comfortable, pressure-free environment, all taught by Coach Sarah |
| Want to progress fastest | Sat 14:00 or flexible booking | 1-on-1 private coaching gives the fastest progress and the most flexible timing |
| Want the most coach attention | Wed / Fri (kids classes) or Sat 10:00 (toddler class) | Currently the most open slots, meaning more individual coaching time per student |
| Shift work / irregular schedule | Flexible private coaching | Arranged around your own schedule, not tied to a fixed timetable |
