Why photos matter

When choosing a Muay Thai gym, the facility is the hardest thing to fake

Coaching credentials can be written up, and prices can be quoted as low as you like, but you can tell a facility at a glance. Is it a corner of a general gym? A cramped industrial unit? Or a genuine, dedicated space of its own? How many punching bags does it have? Is the matting thick enough? Is there a regulation ring? Is there somewhere comfortable for parents to wait?

That's why we've put all 60 real photos online, rather than cherry-picking the two or three best shots. You can see the actual layout of our 5,800 sq ft facility, the arrangement of our 12 Muay Thai bags, the EVA cushioned matting covering the whole floor, the regulation competition ring, and what a real class actually looks like — including students' expressions and how our coaches teach.

That said, photos only take you so far. The best way is to come and see for yourself — we welcome you to tour the facility, meet our coaching team, and try a free trial class (free for your first session, 30 spots available each month). Address: Shop, Lai Fong, 118 Yeung Uk Road, Tsuen Wan, about a 3-minute walk from Exit C2 of Tsuen Wan West MTR Station.

Our Facility

The 5,800 sq ft facility — eight features explained

We moved into this space in 2023, the biggest investment in the school's eight-year history — because a great training environment is part of the teaching itself. Here's a closer look at what you'll see in the photos.

1. Bag Training Area — 12 Muay Thai Bags

12 bags means that even a 15-person adult class never has to queue for a spot. This makes a huge difference to training intensity — there's no such thing as "a 60-minute class with a 20-minute wait."

2. EVA Cushioned Matting — Covering the Whole Floor

The entire training area is covered in professional EVA cushioned matting, so falls are well cushioned. This is the first line of safety for our kids' and toddlers' Muay Thai classes, and it's the detail parents check for most often in the photos.

3. Regulation Competition Ring

Our regulation competition ring is used mainly for fighter training and performance events. Our founder, Master Yip Man Lung, is the founder of the I-1 World Muaythai Championship, giving students who want to compete a clear path forward. See About Us for details.

4. Complete Fitness Equipment

Used alongside the conditioning and weight-training component of our one-on-one private training. Adult private training covers conditioning, weight training, and Muay Thai technique, structured around building strength and body conditioning through Muay Thai.

5. Separate Men's & Women's Changing Rooms

Separate changing spaces for men and women ensure privacy and safety. Adult classes run on weekdays from 20:00–21:00, so you can come straight from the office and change here — no need to wear gym clothes to work.

6. Comfortable Parent Viewing Area

Parents can watch the entire class — this transparency is itself the best safety guarantee. We encourage parents to see what their children are learning, but we recommend not giving instructions during class, so children can focus on the coach.

7. Video Analysis for Coaching

Our video analysis equipment lets students see their own technique clearly — for many habits, seeing yourself once is worth more than being told a hundred times. It's especially effective for correcting long-standing bad habits.

8. Fully Climate-Controlled

A fully climate-controlled environment keeps training comfortable even in summer. Training Muay Thai in an un-air-conditioned industrial unit during a Hong Kong summer is genuinely unpleasant — and it directly affects whether students can keep it up long term.
