The venue has separate male and female changing rooms, so you can come straight from work or school and change here. Parents can watch the entire class from our comfortable viewing area. You're never obligated to enrol after your trial — we don't push long-term contracts, and your coach will simply give honest advice based on your (or your child's) situation.

What do I need to bring for the trial?+
Just wear sportswear and sports shorts, and bring your own towel and drinking water. Boxing gloves and basic protective gear are available on loan, and the toddler class has extra small-sized gear and safety equipment. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to check in, change and meet your coach. The venue has separate male and female changing rooms. See the full list in Trial Process.

Can I just walk in?+
We recommend booking via WhatsApp or the online form first, as each class has limited spots (8 for toddlers, 10 for kids, 12 for teens, 15 for adults). Booking ahead secures your place and lets your coach get to know your situation beforehand. If you happen to be nearby, you're also welcome to WhatsApp us to check same-day availability.
Can parents watch their child's class?+
Absolutely welcome. Our 5,800 sq ft venue has a comfortable parent viewing area where you can watch the entire class. We encourage parents to visit the venue in person and meet our coaching team before deciding whether to enrol.
Is there parking nearby?+
Yes. You can park at Citywalk car park, a 3-minute walk from the school. There are also other mall car parks in the Yeung Uk Road area. If dropping off children, walking from Exit C2 of Tsuen Wan West MTR Station (3 minutes) may be more convenient.
How much do Muay Thai classes cost?+
The Certificate Course is split into four levels of 3 months / 12 classes each: Level 1 $3,000, Level 2 $3,200, Level 3 $3,500, Level 4 $3,800. Regular price for all four levels is $13,500 — the full package is $12,000 (save $1,500). Regular training passes start from $2,500 for 10 classes. How are class times scheduled?+
Toddler class (4–7): Mon–Fri 16:00, Sat–Sun 10:00; Kids class (8–12): Mon–Fri 17:00, Sat–Sun 11:00 and 16:00; Teens class: Mon/Wed/Fri 18:30, Sat–Sun 17:00; Adult class: Mon–Fri 20:00; Women's class: Tue/Thu 18:30 and Sun 14:00. The online form only requires your name, WhatsApp number (8 digits), your child's age group and the course you're interested in — email and remarks are optional. After submitting, we'll WhatsApp you within 24 hours to confirm a suitable time slot, and no payment is required upfront.
Can I request a specific coach?+
Yes. We have 4 coaches: Alex mainly teaches the toddler class; Ken teaches kids, teens and adult classes; Sarah teaches all the women's classes and several kids classes; Tony teaches adult and teen classes. Do you offer classes in English?+
Yes. Our coaches can communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. If you need English-language instruction, please note this in your booking and we'll arrange a suitable coach.
Do classes run as usual in bad weather?+
If a No. 8 typhoon signal or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, classes will be rescheduled as make-up sessions, and we'll notify students in advance via WhatsApp. Classes run as usual on public holidays, and we're closed from Lunar New Year's Eve to the 3rd day of the New Year.
Do I have to enrol after the trial?+
Not at all. The trial is meant to let you experience the venue, class pace and coaching style firsthand before deciding. We never push long-term contracts or use high-pressure sales tactics. After the trial, your coach will simply give honest advice based on your (or your child's) situation, including whether it's a good fit and which level to start from.
